Sales Support Executive

Graduate with 3/4 years of experience in telemarketing/digital marketing. Calling required prospects and doing the required follow-up and building the healthy bids pipeline. The pipeline has to be maintained and updated in CRM.


Experience in proposals, bid calculations, bid sheet, plus experience in lighting design package will be added advantage

Finance Executive

Graduate with 3/4 years of experience in costing, posting General Ledger, Expense statement, profit and loss account and balance sheet. 


Should be able to handle forecasts, cashflow statement and relevant accounting software including GST impact 



ASM - LED and Signages

An important sales role which will contribute directly to the profitability of Verentia. Verentia is a Indian manufacturer of LED lighting solutions specialising in retail, exhibition, museum and gallery sectors, hospitality, construction and building sector, as well as wider, less obvious, market applications. Your role will be focused on sales and business development. Producing new business from existing clients, many of whom are already interested in our LED lighting offering, and new clients whilst identifying other potential opportunities will be a key responsibility of the role; making this an exciting and challenging role with fantastic development opportunities. • You will be responsible for warm face-to-face meetings with new clients and prospects. • It is a role that will require extensive knowledge of the product. • You will form consultative sales relationships with key accounts and foster these for long-term benefit and be responsible for passing enquires onto the Internal Sales Team as appropriate. • You will be expected to attend to leads in a proactive manner, record the results and prepare information for the line manager.

KEY RESPONSIBLIITIES  

• Contact and develop prospective and existing clients.  • Maintain professional standards of appearance, manner, discipline and work.  • To work to the activity targets set prospecting for new clients.  • To take incoming calls from prospective and existing clients.  • To follow up on any enquiries in a timely manner.  • To keep abreast of all new products.  • To provide any technical advice and information as requested.  • To arrange for the correct literature and technical information is sent out as requested.  • To up date the sales database and ensure quotation logs are kept up dated.  • To ensure that all existing customers in your remit are contacted regularly maintaining company profile and develop relationships with key clients.  • Ensure that the activity targets set for proactive sales are achieved.  • Produce reports as directed/requested.  • Ensure colleagues are up dated with relevant information and feedback is constructive.  • Compliance with Company Policies and Company Health and Safety procedures. On occasion, be willing to be flexible regarding the start and finish times to meet particular, foreseen or unforeseen Work with Project Managers, Architects, customers, consultants, suppliers, manufacturers, SMEs and other team members to design product solutions.• Participation in product design reviews to understand the design specification of the product, its architecture and implementation details; Deep understanding of product functionality and its architecture is necessary to design high quality product and systems and for making recommendations for product improvement. • Ensure that solutions are defined for all requirements, solutions are agreed to by the business and customer/consultant teams, options are provided for changes and all functional design is documented and delivered to an exceptional quality and is consistent across deliverables. • Consult with various stakeholders to review project proposals to determine goals; time-frame, and procedures for accomplishing tasks; allotment of resources. • Carry out kick off calls with the customer to understand their exact requirement, priority and site readiness status. • Able to proactively identify important issues or risks, seeks the appropriate level of guidance and advice to ensure delivery of quality outcomes. • Participate in initiatives to improve standard business engineering practices; benchmarking of competitor products, process and prices • Ability to effectively communicate requirements and deliverables needed for successful implementation and issue resolution is critical to the role. • Release all reports in agreed format and timelines • Coordinate and respond to requests for changes from original specifications. Support customer in design, BOQ and drawings and offer preparation to ensure profitability is intact. Risk and Opportunity assessment. • Tracking project deliverables using the appropriate CRM and Automation tools on a daily basis.         
    

Project and Development Engineer

 Project and development Engineer · Work with Project Managers, Architects, customers, consultants, suppliers, manufacturers, SMEs and other team members to design solutions. · Participation in product design reviews to understand the design specification of the product, its architecture and implementation details; Deep understanding of product functionality and its architecture is necessary to design high quality product and systems and for making recommendations for product improvement. · Ensure that solutions are defined for all requirements, solutions are agreed to by the business and customer/consultant IT teams, options are provided for large or complicated changes and all functional design is documented and delivered to an exceptional quality and is consistent across deliverables. · Responsible for all aspects of project management associated with the implementation of assigned external customer-facing projects and internal non-customer facing projects. · Consult with various stakeholders to review project proposals to determine goals; time-frame, and procedures for accomplishing tasks; allotment of resources. · Carry out kick off calls with the customer to understand their exact requirement, priority and site readiness status. · Managing multiple small to mid-size projects simultaneously, coordinate with all levels of internal and external stakeholders who will benefit from comprehensive solutions with the projects. · Able to proactively identify important issues or risks, seeks the appropriate level of guidance and advice to ensure delivery of quality outcomes. · Participate in initiatives to improve standard business engineering practices; and ensure that everyone involved in the project are following those. · Clearly articulates and document business requirements and translate it into functional specifications. · Assesses risks of various solutions and prioritize competing business demands. · Coordinate project delivery by participating in design reviews and walk-throughs to communicate designs and validate proposed solutions. · Provide analytic support by coordinating data extraction from various databases and data interpretation. · Participates in Functionality Testing, Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing; document test cases and results. · Manage Gap Analysis Activities, and knows how to utilize tools / systems to procure required resources like hardware, software, and circuits, Define standard interval durations for network solution & service lines, and work with solution centers to improve cycle times where possible · Develop risk analysis and mitigation strategies for key deliveries/Projects. Monitor progress and ensure adherence to timelines and timely escalations and update to all stakeholders as per agreed process. · Coordinate with the third party vendors to deliver the components/software as per agreed milestone. · Ability to effectively communicate requirements and deliverables needed for successful implementation and issue resolution is critical to the role. · Release all reports in agreed format and timelines · Coordinate and respond to requests for changes from original specifications. · Tracking project deliverables using the appropriate CRM and Automation tools on a daily basis. · Ensure billing cycle initiation by taking acceptance from the customer for the commissioning of link. · Technical communication with other teams, Developers, Customer Support Engineers and end customers to continuously improve the quality of the product. Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks in a dynamic work environment. The candidate must have strong verbal and written communication skills, and organized presentation skills. · Flexible, Analytical, stress resistant and a team player · Technical - Sound understanding of telecoms, data, voice, firewall, and wireless networks. · Sound Working knowledge of media controllers/software, routers/network/storage device calculation as per security guidelines, interface with BMS, Security and lighting controls etc  · Experience and Ability in developing different products in the Digital Signages, Digital media control system, videowall, content management software, handheld measuring equipments, Touch screen displays, Experience in wireless products and protocols.
